Australian Institute of Professional Photography
The Australian Institute of Professional Photography is an organization that represents the interests of professional photographers in Australia. It hosts events at a state and national level, imposes a binding Code of Ethics for members, and provides education via seminars and workshops.
Benefits
The AIPP places emphasis on the education and support of its members, and gives them opportunities to network and meet other photographers with similar interests. For example, members can enjoy "Breakaway Weekends" to learn new skills with well-known photographers.
Membership
Besides professional photographers, other people in related professions can join AIPP. The association welcomes equipment suppliers, laboratory technicians, studio managers and educators. Special categories of membership are available to trade affiliates, students, amateur photographers and retired professionals.
