The Picture Archive Council of America
The Picture Archive Council of America represents the interests of over 100 stock archives in the United States and 50 more internationally.
It develops business standards and promotes ethical business practices, actively advocates copyright protection, and keeps members fully informed of developments within the industry.
Newsletter
PACA publishes a twice-monthly "What's New" newsletter containing industry news, a calendar of events, and members' press releases. There is also PACA-Talk, an online discussion group that encourages communication between members.

All members get a copy of legal counsel Nancy Wolff's "Legal Guide," a complete handbook for running a stock archive.
