Founded in 1939, the PhotoImaging Manufacturers & Distributors Association (PMDA) promotes the photo and digital-imaging industry through various programs and media. It offers an open forum where members can exchange ideas and learn new technologies and business trends.
Activities
The PMDA's corporate membership gains valuable insights into product evolution and other industry developments, while also being able to network at meeting and special events. Teaming up with PMA International, the organization has created the Photographic Information Council (PIC) which promotes photography to the general public.

The only resource offered to visitors of the PMDA website is a directory of member companies with full mailing addresses and weblinks.
