Pro Imaging
Started in 2004 by three photographers in the UK, Pro Imaging International is mainly a discussion group for full-time, professional image makers, but it is extending its reach to provide additional advice and resources to members. Its basic tenet is that its members must never engage in Royalty Free sales, against which it campaigns vigorously.
Royalty Free
Royalty free has, in the opinion of the founders of Pro Imaging, "assisted in the recent rapid decline in the value placed on professional photography."
Members
Only registered members can take part in discussions and are able to view the links to all other members. However, some of them choose to make their pages visible to all-comers, so around 150 are represented on the site. If you decide to join, note that it's compulsory to receive communications via email from the pro-imaging.org mailing list.
