ACDSee Photo Manager
ACDSee Photo Manager is both an image viewer and an image organizer. It lets you view and find photos, fix flaws, and share your favorite images through email, prints and free online albums. It should not be confused with the pro-level workflow software ACDSee Pro Photo Manager (and is designated by year: 2008/2009 etc).
With ACDSee Photo Manager you can drag and drop photos into Windows file folders, add keywords and ratings, edit your metadata, and create your own categories. You can assign your images to as many categories as you like -- it takes up scarcely any more space on your machine. Features include renaming, rotating and resizing whole groups of images at once.
Powerful search features mean that you'll be unlikely ever to lose one of your shots again. You can examine your images with a Calendar or Events view to see them organized under a specific birthday party, vacation trip or other special occasion.
Comment
ACDSee is practically synomymous with image organizing. ACDSee Photo Manager gives you some terrific organizing features, but leaves out the more elaborate facilities of the pro-level product.
ACDSee Photo Manager supports a huge number of file formats -- not only image formats but also video and audio files as well. It is also extremely fast and easy to use. It is ideal for family photographers who need to organize and share their work.
