MonacoPROFILER Platinum
MonacoPROFILER from the market leader in color management is the most comprehensive software bundle for creating ICC profiles, not only for monitors, scanners, and printers, but also for digital cameras. It is supported by very substantial literature, help, tutorials and events.
Now only available as MonacoPROFILER Platinum, it includes options for multi-ink profiles (up to 8 inks and 8 discrete colors) and calibration for LCD monitors. It also supports X-Rite's IntelliTrax auto-scanning system, which helps when you have to scan up to 3,000 patches while building a profile. Among the editing options are manipulation of lightness, saturation and output curves, plus the ability to make selective color adjustments. In common with industry practice it lets you relinearize an output device such as a printer without having to make fundamental measurements each time.

Overkill for most photographers, MonacoPROFILER is the software used by most newspapers and large print suppliers. It supports true hexachrome and spot-color palettes. More powerful than the i1 solutions, MonacoPROFILER is compatible with instruments used in that range, such as the i1Pro spectrophotometer and the i1iO automated scanning table.
