Don't Panic - Photo Edition
Don't Panic Photo Edition recovers files on memory cards and USB storage devices that have been accidentally deleted or corrupted. It has a bright and easy-to-use interface, is speedy to operate, and is part of a well-established product line.
New features in the latest version include a thumbnail viewer, improved support for RAW formats, a secure/erase feature, plus the option to burn recovered files directly to CD and DVD.
Don't Panic recovers files from xD Picture Cards, CompactFlash, Secure Digital, Memory Stick, Multimedia cards and Microdrive, as well as from newer formats such as RS-MMC, Mini SD and Micro SD.

Although it is not guaranteed to recover all images, Don't Panic usually recovers at least 95% of them. It was warmly reviewed by PC World ("works like a champ") and described as "a real life-saver" by Practical Photography.
Also worth noting is the Mobile Phone Edition that recovers lost movie clips, photos, mp3 tracks and ring tones from your mobile phone's memory card.
