STOIK Imagic
STOIK Imagic combines the functions of a photo browser, viewer, image and video editor into one package and enables the user to organize, fix, edit, and share photographs and videos.
Unlike many of this developer's products, STOIK Imagic is aimed more at the hobbyist than the professional. It lets you fix "red eye," adjust skin tones, and remove noise defects. You can create and print calendars, collages and greeting cards or generate slideshows, screensavers and web albums. It is certainly versatile and offers a substantial collection of artistic filters and effects, together with the option of working in 48 bit color. One of its novelty effects is the ability to turn an image into a 15-piece mosaic or a jigsaw puzzle.

Although the unusual combination of functions (especially video editing combined with photo browsing) may not meet everyone's needs, it is here if you want it. Many of the functions are well-implemented, especially the novelty effects.
