PhotoOne

PhotoOne is a studio management system that comes in both Lite, Studio and Premium editions to meet the needs of individual photographer and small and large studios. It allows you to store all your clients' details, including phone numbers and email addresses, while also making a note of upcoming birthdays and anniversaries. With this information you can build a closer relationship with clients by keeping in touch with them at times when they may be prepared to place another order.

Even the Lite version has the following features: client/prospect tracking; scheduling; sales presentation; invoicing; auto emailing; appointment reminders; referral management; real time tracking; and credit card processing.

The Studio version has many more client relationship management features, while the Premium version can cope with the greater volume of work in a large professional studio.

Comment

PhotoOne is well established among professional photographers, many of whom have written in support of it. It is used by professional consultants (like Mike Scalf, www.mikescalfphoto.com) who specialize in helping photographic studios set up administrative systems with the right policies, procedures and documentation.

Like all administrative software PhotoOne requires time to be set aside for training staff to use it. PhotoOne was given a HOT 1 award by the trade journal of the Professional Photographers of America.
