RedEyePro
RedEyePro is one of the ultimate red-eye tools offering professional-level red-eye removal (although you could argue that pro photographers should not be taking red-eye portraits in the first place). There is also a novice mode, and, most importantly, a pet mode to remove green-eye (and other colors) from images of pets.

RedEyePro is not perfect, despite its price, but all red-eye software suffers from an inherent inability to guess the eye's original color. Two good things about it are its speed, and, with a little extra effort from the user, its ability to preserve glints and other reflections in the eye.
RedEyePro works on both RGB and CMYK images and has selective Unapply and Unpaint tools. It can fix non-circular red-eye, a problem that many so-called solutions fail to fix.
