CameraBag
CameraBag is a popular photo-processing app that can simulate the styles of classic film cameras. You can make your iPhone photos look as if they'd been taken by a Polaroid, or by an infrared camera, and so on. To use it you simply choose a photo, choose a filter, and you're done. If you like, you can go further by reprocessing the image for subtle variations, or you can specify a different border from the drop-down menus.

To get the most from this app you really need to be an enthusiast of retro styles. Many people consider that the image looks a lot worse when the contrast is exaggerated to imitate an old newspaper style; others find it charming and artistic.
